The Optimal Oneness couple’s retreat is for all married or engaged Christian couples who want to understand how they may, “partake of the divine nature” of God and have Optimal Oneness in their relationship. The content will expand on the impact of God’s glory and the promises He gives to us, through which we “may partake of the divine nature” in our lives and relationships, as revealed in 2 Peter 1, Genesis 2, John 17:20-26, and Ephesians 5:22-33.

     The term “Optimal Oneness” is revealed as a greater harmony and communion between us and God, and within our closest relationships. It is a harmony of attitude and spirit, especially between you and God, you and your spouse, you and your children, you and your family and beyond into the church! It encourages a genuine respect for all in the Body of Christ and people in general. This depth of oneness requires greater humility towards God and His Word. The Holy Spirit produces it as we allow the glory of the personalized promises He has given us to dwell in us, revealing that Christ Jesus, is God’s Son.

     The retreat’s purpose is twofold:

     1. To understand your oneness with Jesus Christ and passion for God’s kingdom all comes through His glory revealing Christ through your promises! 2 Peter 1:1-17

     2. To understand how God has been making you one (Genesis 2) and desires you to walk together through His promises into the unity of the Spirit and the bond of peace.
