Finishing Strong began with a focus on ministry and discipleship primarily to men through monthly breakfast meetings at local churches. Though the ministry has since expanded to focus on discipleship of men and women, the tradition of hosting a monthly men’s breakfast meeting had continued.

   Each month a different local church in Unicoi County Tennessee hosts the gathering, with volunteers providing and cooking all food, and a local Christian ministry leader sharing a Bible-based devotional message. Though the model is not anything particularly new or unique, it has been a wonderful blessing for those involved.

   If you would like to attend an upcoming men’s breakfast please let us know by one week before so we can prepare enough food. There is no cost but donations or additional volunteers are always welcome. The gatherings begin at 8am and are usually done by 9:30am
